What Plating for a Rifle Bore

Hello! I am looking for info to help me decide which plating solution is best for me. I am intending to plate the inside of my rifle barrel. The electroless products are very appealing because of their relative ease of use and because of the uniform thickness of the plating, both very good features for use in a rifle bore.
I am trying to decide between the EN boron nitride or the EN silicone carbide. Which do you think is more appropriate for a bore plating?
