Is it possible to use Brush Brass Plate directly over Silvaspray? Or do I need to use Brush Copper Plate first?

One thing I have experienced in plating over Silvaspray...it does not like alkaline solutions. The Copper flash disintegrates the stuff. The Caswell Brass plating solution is even more alkaline. I would avoid it directly over the silvaspray.
Nickel directly over the Silvaspray. It's your best bet, as it is much milder on paint films.
Even beyond that consideration, it is always recommended to brass flash over nickel. The brass will not by itself lay on much of a plate--from a thickness point of view--on any base. It is strictly cosmetic. You'll need the build and leveling you get from Caswell's new nickel formulation with the 757 additives (that he supplies in the kit).
