I bought a copychrome kit and I'm having trouble with it. I posted it on the PRS page and it's been days and no reply. You can reply to this forum the same day. I can see that people who don't have a kit, your more inclined to answer thier questions in order to get more sales, but people beware after purchase is a different story!

Hey guys let's not be rude. We can go back and forth on this, but lets not. OK? I like your answer better on the PRS system then the guy with the attitude! I quote "you must of screwed it up". Nice response. Thats the way I respect my customers also. Lets just figure out the problem and get it resolved.Comment
