  • Agitator that comes with copper kit.

Is there any details or instructions that come with the agitator that comes with the copper kit.
It started to work the first day ,then i pluged it in again and it failed to pump the sollution, after a couple of attempts it began to work but then sprayed me with the copper sollution with sulforic acid in it and over other stuff as well,
i was pretty mad about it i tell you,the pump was under the sollution so i dont know why it was out of control,is there any real instructions for these on how to use and prevent that from happening.

Don't feel too bad; the same thing happened to me at first, too. I trust you went and showered and changed clothes right away? But anyway, as far as the pump goes, if it is the same one as used in the triple chrome plating copper tanks, then you'll notice the filter part on the bottom half twists off. Once that is done, the part the filter attached to also twists off one way, and once you do that, there is a little metal impeller shaft inside that has a plastic rotor on the bottom and a small magnet at the top. Take a squirt bottle and distilled water, and (with the unit unplugged, of course) spray that impeller and the area inside the pump that it rides in until you get it good and clean. Then reassemble the bottom part and the impeller into the pump and attach the twist-off part loosely, and plug in the pump out of the fluid. It should start working, but if it still binds, gently take off the twist-off part off while holding the pump upside down, and see if you can get the impeller to spin by turning it with your fingers. Once it starts, see if you can twist back on the cap and then press on the filter. Make sure the plate on the back of the pump has all 4 of the suction cups on it, and that the plate is slid in all the way, and then set the pump's filter in the solution with the top of the pump sticking out, and press the suction cups against the bucket evenly. Hope that helps.
