I have a Caswell 24Kgold tank plating kit with one Caswell 24K anode. The 24K solution was out of stock when I ordered the kit so I will be using the Caswell 14K solution. I will like the less buttery color of the 14K.
Questions:
Can I use two 999 fine gold anodes (1/4oz gold coins pounded flat).
Will this affect the quality of the plate?
Thoughts on what color I might get with this set up?
What metal should I use to connect the anode to my bus bar? Is copper wire ok? What is the gray metal used on the Caswell 24K anode to make the connection?
