I have the mini electroless nickel kit on order. Planning to try and nickel plate a S&W revolver, been in family since 1920. Is this kit the right choice, has some weak ingraving.Thanks for any advice!

What's the mini-kit?
You MUST have enough to cover the parts without taking them out of the solution. You cannot take it out and flip it over. It must be suspended in there.
Are you stripping it down totally?
A gun is a LOT of prep work, but great when done right.
HOWEVER if the gun has any value beyond just your family nostalgia, you will lose any antique value when you plate it.
