Copy Cad volt/sq in?

I forgot my plating manual at school. I have some parts I wanted to plate while I was off and was wondering if someone could give me the spec for the copy cad setup. Do you have any other important info I should know in the manual? This will be my first time attempting this. I have the 1.5 gallon setup.

You'll find this information elsewhere in this forum. The book shows 25ma per sq in but most us have found that 80 to 100ma per square is more likely. I personally plate now at 80ma (.08a) sq in. There is a fine line. Once you've got a little too much power you can actually watch the plate "flower out" instead of look smooth and shiny.

Thanks, I also forgot to ask how long I should plate for? I am mostly doing fasteners that will go on a car.
