    Its realy kind of hard to say, just depends on the plating that you do.

    I know your suppose to check with the PH meter,But how much plating can be done before brigther or anything needs to be added.

    Bandages minimizes the crud from the anode from getting into the bath. Use them on the anodes for flash copper, acid copper and nickel while your plating. Rinse them and take them off the anodes when your not plating.

    Yes its normal for brightners for acid copper and bright nickle.

    Hi,I just bought the 4.5 gal. kit and reading the manual gets me a confused at times. Does the copper & nickel bandges go on when you are plating or after you take them out from plating? I have seen where some add brighter and other solutions is that normal or a different kit.thanks for any help and looks like i'll need more. kyboy
