My plate is coming out of the bath a flat gray color , Is that normal or should it be shiny coming out of the bath. Thanks Neil.

This depends on a large number of parameters, which is why we ask you to post support questions to us in the support section of our web site.

Sometimes the part comes out flat grey, and you can quickly buff it up to a shiny finish. If you can't buff it up, then we need to ask more questions, so open a support ticket in the support section, please.
