The copper and chrome should not need any adjustment.
For the Nickel bath you can use diluted sulfuric acid (battery acid) to lower the PH and Nickel Carbonate to raise it.

Add sulfuric (battery) acid to lower PH. Add distilled water to increase PH (assuming the solution is too acidic of course).
