Were can i get a ampmeter at? im going to use car batterys with my chrome so i can plate bigger things. and i can't find an ampmeter that go up to 200 amps anywere.

Use a shunt across the meter. You can then use a Milliamp meter which is readily available.

Don't know what a shunt is? i never used anything like that. i just been useing a 25 amp plating rectifier. im still looking for a meter. who makes one i need? anyone know were i can get one at?
