  • polishing in winter months

I have some headlight bezels I need to polish, but in my experience the rouge does more sticking than polishing in the cold weather. I have a stationary buffer that I will be using, so with this said do I need to warm the piece up prior to polishing or perhaps will the buffing wheel will create enough heat? I will be doing it indoors but you are looking at 40-50 degree weather, Let me know what has worked for you, TIA

Your best bet is to warm the area where you will be working

If you must work in the cold, bring your Wheels and rouge inside where it will be warm till you use them.
