Hi guys,
I'm restoring the trim on my '41 Buick which is almost entirely thin stamped stainless. For the most part, it's in pretty good condition with few deep scratches. But it is 63 years old and looks weathered. I've read all the instructions and have a selection of 10" buffs and compounds from Caswell on my 1.5 HP buffer. The sisal seems a little aggressive on metal that's already been polished.
Any recommendations on wheel and compound recommendations for the restoration process? Thanks in advance.
