  • Question on Satin Finishing a Stainless Steel polished watch

I have a high polished stainless 316L watch case that I want to put a satin finish on, it is new without dents or nicks.
I have a variable speed dremel with differing tips.
Any help out there on how to do this correctly?
    Thanks!

A satin finish would require using scotchbright or brightex or a similar material.

See http://www.caswellplating.com/brightex.htm. This won't fit on a dremel, but illustrates the kind of material you need.
