Brass Weathered Finish Look/Antique Brass

I have some polished brass I have used on my wheel however I want to give this polished finish look a weathered brass look more or less looks like oil rubbed brass finish. How do you go about doing this? All help is appreciated!!!

Use an oxidizing solution.
