What do we have to fix this?

I was polishing my oil adapter with the mini bullets and as you can see in the pic i can't get in the area with the arrows. What can i use to smush in there to ge at it? I killed my bullets trying to push them in.

I'm certainly no expert on polishing for asthetics, but have ported and polished many intakes and cylinder heads in my years of racing and they have similiar hard-to-reach places. Do you have a small rotory tool like a Dremmel? If so, there is a wide array of sanding drums, wire brushes (coarse to very, very fine), and polishing wheels for them. I use them all the time for this detail work, and I bet these will work for you too, but you'll be taking it a step beyond me for the mirror finish. In fact, I'm sure of this because a friend of mine (a gunsmith and restorer) who is "schooling" me on polishing for asthetics, uses a Dremmel to detail the weapons he works on.

i will look into that. I like to keep my business here with caswell though. I am sure they have somethng for me. I can get in there, it's just the 90 degree part that i can't get in. The smallest bullet bob isn't squishy enough to do it.

Yes, dremel sells some very small bullets (about 1/2") They will work with any high speed tool. I think caswell also sells some 1" shank mounted loose cotton buffs, that might get into that area as well, but I think you would be better off with a hard bullet.

yea i saw that but it's sof. I need it to cut, then i could use that tool.
