Polishing bike frame

I've used all types of sandpapers but still have lines.. how do I remove the sand lines?

how durable is the chrome copy?

can you do frames and swing arms on bikes? what about engine parts? how long does the solution last? I apologize if these questions have been asked, but I can't find anything using the search..

can you dip on half of a swingarm, turn it around.. and dip the other half even if there is overlap?
