Hi.I've got this brushed aluminum keyboard panel for a jukebox with lots of light scratches.None that you can feel with your fingernail. How can I remove the light scratches going against the grain of the aluminum without destroying the brushed look?Since this is where the buttons are it is highly visible and distracting to see scratches.I do believe it was laquer or enamel coated.I tried a hidden area under a plastic trim piece with emery cloth going in one direction and it removed the brushed look, just a wierd looking shiny spot.Maybe it was too fine or I need to use something other than sandpaper.Any suggestions appreciated.I do have a guinea pig panel from a junker in worse shape to practice on til I find something that works.
