  • What type of media to use?

Hey I was wondering if you guys could help me out! I want to polish an intake manifold and valve cover for my car. However the intake manifold is very rough. I was told I could use glass media and sand blast it smooth. I was wondering what type of media to use. , I know Caswell sells different grit of glass media but what grit do I need? It would be great if someone could do a faq on the media that Caswell sells describing the different media and grit, and what it will do to different surfaces.
Thanks for all of your help!
