cleaning scratches from grill

Have a Stull billet grill currently powdercoated black (polished edge). Black has been scratched off in some areas. Want to remove it and get the closest thing to a mirror chrome finish as possible. Billets are aprox 3/4 in. apart. Polishing wheel too fat? Help.. Steve
