Non-metallic powder coating

Is it possible to apply powder coating to small terracotta objects? If a electrical conductive is required is there a conducting material that can be apllied to the clay surfaces before coating with the powder?

Not sure of the temperatures that your material can handle but I have coated some items that would not take a charge by heating the item to 400 degrees then pulling it from oven and powdering quickly, kind of similar to spraying paint on it, then hang back in oven ASAP for curing.
not sure if this helps, I would try a scrap piece first.
