  • My first piece looks great!!!!

I caoted my first piece last night-it kicks butt! It was a 10" aluminum motorcycle wheel that I did flourescent green. It came out awesome-no bubbles from out-gassing either. I am hooked!!! --also wanted to thank all who have replied to my novice questions-you have really made the process easier for me-thanks.

Can I post without a URL to the pic? I don't have a website to link to.

You need to have them uploaded to a website for pictures on here. Try setting up cardomain.com i believe it is site, you can use that to host pics.[/img]

Yea, imagestation is good....but beware when you want people to view your album.....if they arent registered they make you....its a pain but they give you good hosting capabilites for free.

Good job. I like the setup you made to hold the rim. Keep up the good work!

                          .

yeah-making the jigs to hold the wheels is the way to go-I made them so the wheel is supported in the center of the oven & can hold 10 or 12" wheels. gonna do some 14 -17" jigs next.
