Whats the best way to strip old paint/ powdercoating etc

I'm having a tough time stripping old paint, powdercoating etc. What kind of stripper do you use? I have a sandblaster but sometimes its not enough.

Im in the same situation as you are I have some old powder coating on some wheels I need to strip off, Im going to try a arosol Can paint stripper and see how that works out.
