    Do the maths!!!!!!!!

Work out the surface area of the frame

    Diameter of tube x 3.142 = circumferance (C)

Surface area of tube = C x length of tube

1 oz of powder = 1 sq ft of surface area.

    ROUGHLY!!!!! :P

It all depends on how much you waste.
If your pretty good to where your not wasting a lot, than 1 pound will get it done. I always like to get twice the amount it takes to do the job, so I order 2 pounds for each ATV frame. Its alway nice to have extra just in case I screw up and need to do it over, or touch up an area, or use it on another project. The powder is not that expensive, so why not play it safe?

I agree it can be done with one pound or a little less but I really would order two pounds. It's very easy to waste some and there probably will be other parts to that atv that you will want to match.

8oz = 1 sq ft of coverage? Not even close...maybe if you're throwing it at the part with your bare hands and no charge on anything.
