Congradulations on your first part. It came out real nice.
All the powders when sprayed on a part look fuzzy. Sometimes the fuzzy-ness looks so good in some colors that I wish it would look like that after being cured.
Outgassing isn't such a big issue on mild steel (am I correct that the part is steel?) and billet aluminum but it is a big hassle when dealing with cast aluminum such as valve covers and aluminum intakes.
Welcome to the wonderful world of powder coating and the relentless pursuit for even better results.
