Which Grit Media to get?

I will be getting glass beads for finish work. Which Grade Black Magnum should I get to strip parts of the factory finish. The parts will be anything from Cadillac Magnesium Valve Covers to Cast Manifolds, Aluminum parts, and Stamped Steel Control arms. Help

6/12, 12/20, 20/40, 30/60, 60/120, 120/240

MIL SPEC#4 (30/40) LARGE
MIL SPEC#5 (40/50) LARGE
MIL SPEC#6 (50/70) MEDIUM
MIL SPEC#8 (70/100) MEDIUM
MIL SPEC#10 (100/170) FINE
MIL SPEC#12 (140/230) FINE

that all depends on what you are going to blast ... the higher the grit the better the cut .. so you don't want to use higher grit on soft metal ...
