  • New to Powder Coating..some samples

Hey Guys. Im new to powdercoating...only two weeks. Im in love! It's Great! Thanks for all the help from this forum. I've read so much.
Here's some parts my partner and I did. Colors are.....
Flambount blue, metallic blue, chrome and chrome with clear. Will be doing some trans. red and black chrome in the next few days.
Let me know how they look and thanks again for the help!

The intake is chrome and clear. Everything that shows different was tapped off. Looks a lot better in person. Really shines. Charged the guy $90, is that a fair price?

Thanks for the complaiments. Were having so much fun with this. Tried one small piece with the black chrome and it just kinda looks like a stain black. Going to do more tonight(think we messed up).

Bladman..as for the pictures try them this way.......sign up at imagestation.com....it's free.
Up load your pictures to there space. Then to get your pic in the post do this.
1.Click the Img tab up top.
          2. then click the thumnail(small pic)on imagestation to inlarge it, once inlarged, right click the pic and click propites, then right click the address for the image(looks like a long web address), and click select all, then right click it again and click copy.
          3. Paste that right after (img)that was inserted in your post when you clicked that image tab. Then hit the image tag again to close image.
When you paste the address for the pic in your post, look at the end. It needs to end with jpg. If it has an extra oig.jpg, then delete it. This is how it should look between the img tags...

Notice the very end.....jpg, nothing else after.

Try it this way and see if it works.

          Hope this helps ya.
