  • Tape for Masking

Anyone know of some hi-temp tape I can use for masking. I got some of the green tape but it tends to curl a little once exposed to the heat. Need something that sticks a little better.
Thanks in advance for the help.

There is a product called "Glass Cloth" says it resist up to 500 degree's Farenheit. Caswells don't sell it unfortunately. Can get it in 1/2", 3/4", 1", and 2" all rolls are 36 yards.

I can't say that I have that much trouble with the tape sticking. The only time I have is when it it placed over a hole and the heat builds up pressure inside causing it to blow off, solved this by putting a small hole in the center to relieve the heat. I also apply the tape after pulling the part from the oven after the preheat. This way the part is warm and help the tape stick better, I than go over it with the back end of my hobby nife just to make sure it is all adhered.
