POLYESTER SEMI-GLOSS METALLIC SILVER

is this the crome powder if so what % of gloss does it hold?

and does it need to be coated with the clear?

No that is not the "chrome" powder. The chrome powder is your Reflectra 325 or Reflectra 525 powder which is listed on this page.http://www.caswellplating.com/powder...r_colors2.html
The Reflectra 525 has the most reflective properties and both need to be covered with a clear coat.
