  • High Temperature Powder Coats

    Hi ~

Are there any other options for a hi-temp powder? I've seen the two on Caswell, but am trying to find other colors as well. Any ideas?

Also, what are the temperature thresholds that standard powder coats can take?

    Thanks,
    Aaron

    Hey Aaron,

Most high temp powders are rated for 1000 degrees. I found some "new" powder the other day that was rated for 1400 degrees, but for the life of me can't find the website again and I need some. There's not much of a color selection yet on high temp powder that I've found. If you have any luck finding the 1400 degree powder in your search, please let me know.

    Thanks,
    Ronnie

Have you people had any problems with the hi temp powders? i can't get it to stick to anything. i mean it just comes off so easy. like when i put it in the blast cabinet it will blast off in less then a sec. i cant get any other powder off in my blast cabinet just the hi temp powders come off like that. WHY THEY DO THAT!
