I've done hyunday valve covers wich are plastic and some ABS plastic parts , what I did was cure for 400 for 10 mins.
I had no problems still this parts were very hard a thiner plastic will not hold at this temp.
    clean and prep as normal
    pre heat to 150
    and coat as normal .
cure at 400 for 10 mins.

I thought the same but it worked fine
still with the wagner at 50Kv it worked better
but with the hobby gun and heated to 150 still worked fine.
I'll try to take some pictures today
cuz I'm working with one .

this will only work on limited pieces, the thermal melt point on most parts are very low.

I had no time to take the pictures
the guy was waiting for the part as it came out of the oven
but I promise the next time I will take them .
I can still take the picture but on the car .
