Coating over chrome w/ transluecent. How long?

I've got some tropic orange that I want to put over some chrome powder. Do I fully cure the chrome first? What temp should I let it cool down to before I coat with the orange? Thanks for the help.

I cure the chrome for the 10 it says then let it cool to about 150 - 160 then coat with the trans color...

I do the same chrome 7 to 10 min.

i let my chrome go for 20 min then top coat.. the own problem i have found is if there ia a little to much chrome you need to clip theground in a spot that will not be seen ...
