  • Coating only the centers of NEW wheels

I've coated many complete items with great success, but would like some advice before I do these motorcycle wheels. They are new aluminum wheels and the customer wants the center and spokes coated but the rim left polished. Please give any advice if you are experienced with this process. I use IR to cure.

    Thanks

I think the best way is to take the spokes & outer rim off the hub. PC the spokes & outer rim, them reassemble.
    Sorry

If your talking about the one piece alum. rims, Caswell has masking products for PC.
