Blast rim, using Black Magnum mixed with glass beads, sanded down profile with 220 grit sand paper. Washed down with simple green, rinsed with water, pre baked at 425 for 40 mins to outgass, let the rim cool down to 210f then shot aluminum base, baked at 450 for 10mins, put on a green high temp piece with custom graffitti letters I made, shot the blue, baked for another 20 mins at 400f, then cooled fully and removed tape, shot clear, fully cured it for 25 mins.

Here is another pic from the side. I have been in Asphalt mag, cycle dreams, sportbikes are a big thing in NYC but if you go all out and spend big bucks, thieves will be on the hunt, the blk/red bike fell victom to thieves breaking into my shop. All the pc'd anodized red parts were originally polished on the face, then powder coated chrome (laced) along the sides to give a different effect.
www.wheelieboyz.com is a good site, these guys work next door to my shop.
