  • out gassing questions?

I prebake all my parts 550 degrees for 1 hour to reduce out gassing and have had good results. When my cure time is up i open up my top access panel to inspect the piece and they look perfect. When i pull out the piece its great then like a minute later outgassing bubbles start poping out here and there right before my eyes. Any body have an idea of whats going on?

Here is how I do it.
Pre-Heat to 450 or 50 degrees above my Cure Temp, let part cool to 150 +/- degrees then powder. Cure at 375 for time spec'd per powder. Let cool in Oven down to 200 degrees then remove.. Never had a problem with out gassing...
