coating over real chrome

I'm not an expert or anything, but I don't think it'll be too durable. Should sratch of easily. I could be wrong, but try a small area.

I found that regular old Windex works great to clean chrome. Just wipe and shoot.

what did you clean the chrome with before coating it? I want to clear my new rims before they go on my car and in the montana weather!

Just standard thinners, the chrome was brand new.

Just tried translucent blue over actual chrome, looks ace

Its still in the oven.
