Coating the INSIDE of Headers????

Does anybody know how this is done with ceramic coatings? I have done a couple sets of headers (outside only) but I don't really know how you would realistically coat the inside of the headers?

I use TLHB. It's great if you're trying to prevent blueing of your chrome pipes. The easiest way to use it is to soak a sponge with it and pull it through the tubes while adding more TLHB as you go down the pipe. Let it sit till it gets tacky and bake it. TLHB is solvent based so you need to apply it in a VERY WELL ventilated area. For a single pipe I just cork one end of the pipe and pour some TLHB into the pipe, cork the other end and shake and twist the pipe around for a while till all the liquid is used up and uncork it to let it dry. It is baked for 60 mins @ 300f.

Take them some place that has a burn oven. That is what I did on some marine header I did for a guy.

I built a flexible attachment for my sandblasting cabinet that allows me to get about 18in into the tube. If that's not long enough, start at the top, then relocate to the bottom. If the headers are chromed you want to be very careful to wrap them up pretty good so they don't get scratched.
