glow in the dark addtive

has anybody used the glow in the dark additive (pcppsa3) with safety orange (pcp56002) will it work well together and glow?

What about the glow in the dark additive (pcppsa3) with the neon green(pcppss1221)

any help on this would be great

Ive used glow in the dark over candy blue, candy red, white ,candy yellow and it always works
the diference is the time it glows and the amount it glows
the lighter the color the more time it will glow .

so I think it will work over saftey orange with no problems.
