Psycho Lime over super chrome?

If I coat psycho lime (pcpppb244 over super chrome (pcpuss4482) will it work I have been told super chrome needs to be cleared with powder coat clear but will the pycho lime candy coat act as a clear finish?

The image you see in the Color was done over Super Chrome ( its my part) the lime is your clear coat.. The only time you clear coat chrome is when your leaving it as chrome..
