  • anyone ever get small lumps in the powder conainer

I have noticed that on some of my powder that there is small lumps in it when its in the container, kind of like the wifes gravy. I can easily crush them. What is this from and how can I prevent it. Thanks

The lumps can be caused by high humidity or high temperature. That is why it is recommended to store powder in a climate-controlled area. Also, when ordering powder at this time of year, we always get 2 or 3 day shipping to avoid the powder sitting in a hot truck or warehouse for longer than necessary.

You should be able to salvage the powder by shaking the container to break up most of the lumps. If that doesn't work, sift it through a fine screen and it should be fine.
