The little hairs

What exactly makes the powder look like it has small hairs in some spots? Easily blown off though. Is it the application approach?

it is static .. when you cure the part they flow out along with the powder .. they are not any problems at all ..

pee wees are funny to watch we got a 8 year old now running he has no fear at all . i powder coated his frame silver and we redid his motor up in silver and black.. and the fenders are black it look's good .. a few more wreck i will be powdering it all cady red and gold
