new to powder coating

simple enough question i guess but important all the same since i am new. what is the best way by consensus to degrease prior to powder. i gather that this may have to be done twice if the part is very dirty( before and after blasting). what is the prefered fluid/solution. i am under the impression that the normal procedure is to degrease, polish if needed, media blast, degrease outgas, powder, cure. is this pretty normal. thanks for all the advice.
