Whats the best stripper for removing the clear coat from factory aluminum wheels?... i really dont wanna sand blast.

try aircraft stripper that you can get at most auto parts stores.when in doubt polish it out/ why replace it when you can refinish it

If it's clear coat you can use Aircraft Paint Stripper. If it's anodized you can use EasyOff Oven Cleaner!

You may have to use more that one coat!

BIX You can get it at any home depot. It works good but you have to use a brash wire brush.Powder coating / Polishing and much more!
