I wish there was a hard and fast answer but there isn't. I know it can be a little frustrating at first but you'll find the sweet spot with the gun.

Remove the little plastic tip on the end of the gun ? what will that do ?

    Thanks,

    Popeye,

Not too worried about fixing the trigger, it actually kind of helps me having it that way. When the trigger did work, it would glob a bunch out when I'd hit the trigger, didn't seem to matter where I set the pressure. I should probably upgrade to a pro-model gun anyway.

And the diffuser came off after my second botched job. Never had many issues after that.

    JHFGSX9D,

How full is the gun cup? After the feed pressure, that's where I'd look. I generally keep mine below 1/3 full.

kcrails, in addition to what popeye said, you might be able to make the trigger work freely again by taking it apart, cleaning it, and lubing it with a little silicone grease. I did that to mine after the trigger began to stick and it made it work like new again.

Adjust the screw out to set the pressure to the cup.
    Did that make sense?

Can you put that in English ?

I've noticed it doesn't take a whole lot of pressure, so try turning that screw way down. Also, don't load the cup too full, I've found 1/3 full or less works well.

wow i feel stupid, i didnt even think about that screw. its like having a paint gun, and that is the material screw how much comes out !! I have to get a new air compressor but i will try that ASAP !!

Wasting a lot as in......? Like is it shooting to much powder? If so, just lower the PSI some. Or is just a lot of it falling to the ground? Maybe you don't have a good ground or your just spraying to much in the first place, which could relate back to what I said up there^.
