anyone ever seen this?

i was shooting some small parts with red i had picked up from harbor frieght and when i cracked open the oven to let them cool down this is how they looked. could i have burned the powder? i ran it for 5 min at 500 degrees..

Could be burnt but more than likely packaged wrong. Try it again at a lower temp longer cure time...
500 at 5 is flash fry
