    Re: flame design

When i do that type of masking i only allow the part to cure a very short time (5min) just as the powder starts to flow. I then use a small pick to remove the masking before the part starts to cool then cure as per the powder. This has worked very well many times. The SIC in this pic was do this way.http://forum.caswellplating.com/phot...0&ppuser=22598

        Re: flame design

I found a local graphics company that makes signs and they have a printer that cuts onto vinyl. No it's no high temp but i found if removed before a full cure it works great. If you have them just cut it you can do the clean out your self and end up with a reverse mask as well.

Bottle was an old Nitrogen bottle I used to use for A/C work. The neck had a crack in it.. So it was empty and the valve was removed. Since the gas is non flamable had no worries. Only Bottles I do are new and must come with a spec sheet stating what temps they can with stand...
