best bet is to talk to a commercial agent about a 1 million dollar blanket policy. this is fairly common it the commercial world and is somewhat reasonable, depending on the type of operation you are running.

i understand that you gotta pay. I will have a LLC, I'm just curious what price range im looking at, 1000,2000,3000,4000 etc.

The minimum you should get is garage keepers liability, which protects the contents of the building that do not belong to you. Then you need to insure your tools and equipment and if designated in your lease(if you rent) to insure the building. If you are a sole proprietor you might want to consider some sort of blanket policy with personal liability to protect yourself and your family from being sued. It sounds like a lot to spend to protect yourself but it's worth the money if something goes wrong.
