  • Navy Blue Powder Coat

How can I achieve a navy blue color? All the blue colors are too bright for the color I want to achieve.

Just a thought, never tried this, but what about shooting a candy blue over black??

I know this has come up in the past with mixed opinions, but I just mixed blue and black. I kept adding black until I achieved the color I wanted, which was a navy blue. I passed it multiple times through a sieve, and had no problem with the color being spotted after it was applied and cured. As a matter of fact, I sprayed the navy blue and then applied red on another portion of the part, and ended up with purple where the two colors overlapped. Try it on some test pieces, you've got nothing to loose.
