Possibly the simplest oven a noob can build?

    Like most things, it depends on your skill level and determination. I've never built one, but I spent countless hours reading about the task on Pinterest and youtube. You will need some basic masonry skills and patience. Depending on how much you want to spend, there are lots of kits available with everything from molds to steel needles added to retain heat. My neighbors have a recommendation for the purchase of Automation Parts. From plans that I've seen, there are several types that the average DIY person can build. Some seem to be no more than straw and mud. For a beautiful, professional-looking fancy brick oven, you will need some prior experience laying brick.
