  • Oven Parts and Numbers

    Hey guys,
I am posting some information to help build ovens, this is based on our 4X4X6 oven we are using now. We spent $1300, compared to $10,000 for a new one. The only things not listed are misc screws, sealant, and steel (which ran 600) 2X2 16 gauge box tube and 20 Gauge steel for the skins.

I have a PDF of the 3-phase Delta wiring if you email me, the file is too large to post in here. I also have oven pictures of the finished products. We have built 4 more since we finished ours and have sold them for $4,000 ready to go. This info should help some people build their own at a reasonable price. We use the Hot coat professional gun, as well as a sandblating cabinets to prep the parts. We sell our mobility products retail, and have had no complaints or problems with the coatings.

    Re: Oven Parts and Numbers

Sorry, the elements weren't on the last thread. We used 240V 1500W elements 6 in all. McMaster part# 3576k19
They have other elements up to 4150W finned. They are "strip heaters" and are commercial quality. The finned elements are 120V or 240V
